We think Maeve is developing into a deep bodied cow with length and thickness. She has a strong topline and is deep and even from girth to flank with a smooth shoulder transition. She’s a pleasure to be around and loves nothing more than to come for a brush or a scratch. She can be haltered in the paddock, loads quietly up the trailer ramp and has been shown.

She joined the breeding herd in July 2024, and her first calf, a heifer by Nano Dubh of Bairnsley, was born in April 2025. She proved to be an easy calver and has inherited her dam (and sire’s) excellent udder.
